Quotes and agreements
How to get a quote, what's on it, how accepting it sets up your account, and how month-to-month and term agreements work, including renewal and notice.
Every Hey Quad account starts with a written quote. It shows exactly what you'll pay, with every tax and fee on its own line, before you agree to anything.
Get a quote
Ask for one at heyquad.com/quote. Tell us about your business and its address, and we email you a written quote for that address. You can also call us or book a call from that page.
What's on your quote
- Your seats. Each seat is two parts on its own line: Business phone service and the Hey Quad platform. See What is a seat.
- Add-ons, like an AI receptionist tier.
- What's included: minutes per seat, texts, AI minutes and numbers, next to the rate for anything past them.
- Taxes and fees for your address, each on its own line, added on top of the price.
- The monthly total.
Until we've confirmed your address, the tax lines are marked as estimated.
Accept it
- Open the link in the quote email.
- Check every line. If something looks wrong, reply to the email or call us before you accept.
- Fill in Your name, Your title and Email, tick the box to agree to the Terms (Read the Terms opens them), and press Accept.
- Press Add a card or bank account to set up payment.
Accepting creates your account at once and emails you an invite. If you already have a Hey Quad login, the quote is added to it and you just sign in. Then finish the setup steps: see Finish setup and go live.
A quote can't be accepted if it has expired, was replaced by a newer version, or was withdrawn. The page tells you which. Ask us for a new one.
Your agreement
Your quote names your agreement type.
Month-to-month
- No minimum number of seats.
- No early-termination fee.
- To cancel, give 30 days' notice. Service runs until then, and you pay through that last day.
If you have no signed agreement on file, your account is month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
A 12- or 24-month term
- Your prices are locked for the term. A price change can only happen at renewal, and we tell you 30 days before.
- Committed seats are a minimum, not a limit. You can add seats any time. Your bill doesn't drop below the committed number until the term ends.
- Ending early carries an early-termination fee. It covers your committed seats for the months left, never your numbers or usage.
When a term ends
- Renews automatically: your agreement continues for a new term.
- Won't auto-renew: service ends on the last day of the term. We email you 30, 14 and 3 days before, each with a one-click link to renew.
See your agreement
Open Settings → Billing & package. The Plan section's Agreement line shows your type, the end date, and whether it renews automatically or will not auto-renew. When renewal is open, a renew button appears there for anyone who manages billing.
To end service, see Cancel your service and export your data.
