Reports → Sales counts your outbound sales calls day by day. Use it to see whether the calling is happening, and which lists and sources are paying off.

Who sees what. People who can view reports see everyone's numbers and get a Person filter. Everyone else who can view work sees only their own: the page says "Your dials, connects and meetings by day, and how your lists and sources convert."

What's on the page

At the top are totals for Dials, Answered, Connects and Meetings, with each as a share of dials. Below them are tables:

  • By day: one row per day, newest first, with a column for each outcome that was saved.
  • By person (You if you only see your own).
  • By list: for each list, its Connects, Connect rate, Meetings, Meeting rate, Deals created and Deals won.
  • By source: the same for each source, so you can see which source is worth more of your time.

Use the date range at the top, and the Person, List and Source filters, to narrow it. A range can be up to 92 days, and the default is the last 7 days.

How the numbers are counted

The page has a How we count box. In short:

  • Dial: a call a person placed to a customer from the app, started in the range. Calls between your own extensions and test calls aren't dials.
  • Answered: a dial that was picked up.
  • Outcome: what the person marked the call as. An outcome saved with Log without calling counts under outcomes only, not as a dial.
  • Connect: a dial marked with any outcome except No answer, Left a voicemail, Bad number or Spam. Your own outcomes count as connects. A call with no outcome saved isn't a connect.
  • Meeting: a dial marked Meeting booked. A meeting is also a connect.
  • Deals created: deals opened in the range, credited to the list and source the contact came through. Deals won are those that reached a won stage in the range.
  • By list and by source are counted from the outcomes people saved on list members and contacts. A call with no outcome is in the totals and by person only. The rates are over worked leads, the ones with at least one outcome.
  • Days follow your business's time zone.

So the report is only as good as the outcomes your team saves. See Work a call list and Outcome rules.

Export

The Export button downloads the report as a CSV: one row per day and one per person, with a column for every outcome. You need permission to view reports and to export data. If your business requires two-factor sign-in, you're asked to confirm it again first.

Task reminders

When a task is due or overdue, you also get a push notification on your phone if you have notifications on.
